DESCRIPTION
VITAMIN C PALMITATE, also known as Ascorbyl Palmitate, L-Ascorbic acid 6-palmitate, is an ester formed from ascorbic acid and palmitic acid creating a fat-soluble form of vitamin C. In addition to its use as a source of vitamin C, it is also used as an antioxidant food additive by WHO.
VC Palmitate is an efficient, safe and non-toxic fat-soluble antioxidant, which is difficult to dissolve in water and vegetable oil. The appearance is white or yellow white powder with slight citrus flavor.

APPLICATION
Oil antioxidant: it is suitable for using in animal/vegetable oils and various foods to effectively stable soybean oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, unsaturated fat, hydrogenated plants oil, etc.
Color protector: it is used to protect natural pigments, such as capsanthin, lycopene, carotene, lutein, etc., which are easy to oxidize.
Baby product antioxidant: it is used to prevent baby dairy products from oxidative deterioration.
Fried food protection: it is used to prevent lipid rancidity and extend shelf life for food like instant noodles, chips, fried fish, fried barbecue products, etc.
Cosmetic products: liposoluble freckle whitening.
Drugs and health care product: it is used to protect the effective ingredients of drugs from oxidation, and as VC nutritional fortifier.
