DESCRIPTION
Other names: monosodium dihydrogen; phosphate dihydrate ; Phosphoric acid.
Appearance: White powder or white crystal
Properties: White crystal, relative density is 1.91,melting point is 60 centigrade. Easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanal. Its water solution shows acidity. It is easy to agglomerate in the watery air. It becomes sodium dihydrogen phosphate anhydrous at 95 centigrade, sodium pyrophosphate anhydrous at 190-204 centigrade, sodium metaphosphate at 204-244 centigrade.

APPLICATION
Used as Feed additive.Mineral element additives for phosphrous and potassium,especially in fish feed.
Used for water treatment to boiler, also as buffering agent to acidity, detergent, cleaning agent, dyeing flux, for tanning and electroplating.
For food additive it is mainly used as buffering agent, emulsification agent, nourishment, etc. Examples include: buffer in foodstuffs, ingredient in emulsifying salts for processed cheese, as component of other mix phosphates for processed meat products.

STORAGE
This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated and clean warehouse. It should be lightly loaded and transported to prevent packaging damage, damp and hot.
